cannot say enough good things about this HVAC company. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. They were one of the first companies to come out and give a quote, and instead of rushing, they took the time to thoroughly evaluate our home and airflow issues. They immediately identified problems that other local HVAC companies either missed or flat-out said couldn’t be fixed. One of the biggest wins was a bathroom vent fan installation that multiple companies told us was impossible. Not only did they say it could be done — they installed it in under 30 minutes, cleanly and professionally. They also did a phenomenal job repairing and replacing ductwork inside the wall space, completely resolving airflow issues we’ve dealt with for a long time. The difference before and after is night and day (photos included). The entire job — multiple fixes, ductwork, airflow corrections — was completed in about four hours, with very high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and everything finished properly. On top of that, the pricing was very fair and affordable, especially for the level of expertise and results. This week... Greg at FIRST CHOICE HEATING AND AIR and his staff worked really hard to completely replace the entire air conditioning system we had. He did a fantastic and very professional job for us! (The old outdoor unit was 14 years old and the rest of the system was much older than that! Air handler was starting to leak and the condenser/ evaporator were too.) So, we decided to have the entire system replaced. In THREE DAYS FLAT... 25 hours of work... the 3 of them put in all the new lines and boots, the air handler, condenser/evaporator and outside unit. The Diakin system is a 3 ton with all the digital bells and whistles to make Mark happy... he can check it and change it from anywhere! We've been using FIRST CHOICE HEATING AND AIR for several years now... they are on 49 right up from the light at 18.
