I am so relieved we finally found an HVAC specialist we can trust and move forward with on big changes down to simple repairs. Ben did not try to upsell us like the previous company (Apple Air) did when trying to identify why our home wasn’t heating up during this intense cold winter. We were originally told there was a refrigerant leak in our Fujitsu mini-split compressor outdoors. They wanted to fill up the compressor with refrigerant first and then do a leak check for $2000. That didn’t sit right with me. I called Ben and he validated me. Not only did he do that, but he came out as well that same night to look at the compressor and did testing for leaks. Nothing. No leaks, everything working as expected. The problem? It’s brutal cold and our unit isn’t sized correctly for the size of our home which is why it doesn’t keep a consistent heat at night. We will be staying with this company for our needs in the future and will very likely be upgrading our unit in the summer this year with them. Thank you for saving us $2000+ and not preying on people! You are the best!!

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! My heater had stopped working and I was in the cold for 72 hours. I called 24/7 HVAC to install my control board for me, and they came promptly. Not only did they install the control board for me, they also changed my sensor flame. The labor was done for a reasonable price and I got a first-time customer discount!!! They truly made my day! I highly recommend 24/7 HVAC for all hvac related work.
