Aaron Frost Refrigeration Heating and Cooling

Received a competitive quote for 2 new Heat/AC replacement for our home. When the installer would not set up drain as quoted my husband voiced his concerns. Within 2-3 weeks the drain did Not work and we came home to 2 rooms of hardwoods flooded! We called and their supervisor came right, was nice, took pics and assured us it would all be taken care of! Next morning they came reworked the drain to the quote specs and again assured us they were good for damage! NOPE - more than 7 months later, multi phone calls, text repeatedly sent w pictures as they seem to keep misplacing them, supervisor doesn’t work there any more. The nice lady on the remembers whole situation and emails sent! No interest in doing the right thing... so good price w these people get you a good product but absolutely not interested in doing right thing due to poor workmanship!!!! Beware.

The gentleman that serviced our unit was amazing. He explained everything he was doing, gave us tips on how to increase efficiency, and they were affordable. However, they didn't clean as deep as I thought they would or even check my coils. I also discovered we had a hole above our unit that was majorly decreasing efficiency of our unit, and it was either not noticed when it should of been or just not brought up. We got what we paid for I guess though.
