ACS- Air Conditioning Specialist

AJ Frazier was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The best thing about him was that he did not rush through the details of all the work to be done. Called me quickly with the quote. The ACS guys showed up yesterday to clean the whole A/C system top to bottom in our townhouse. The guys were very personable and kind. We had several conversation before they started and during the process. They had great attitudes and were very knowledgeable about the process of cleaning the A/C system. I had asked them when they arrived several questions about what exactly they were going to clean and how they were going to clean it. Both guys answered all my questions and concerns that I had. In my opinion A GREAT group of guys !!! I could tell that both of the guys where hard working and very dedicated to doing the best job that they could do.While in the attic about 1:30 pm in the afternoon and by the way it was smokin hot up there, the guys were cleaning the coils and interior walls of the handling unit when they had made a crucial discovery. At the bottom of the air handling unit they had discovered that it had about 4 inches of water in it. I found out a little bit later that the V shaped drain that goes across the bottom of the coils was plugged up at the drain line going outside. Thank you guys tremendously for paying attention to the details. If they wouldn’t have been paying attention and not found that issue with that drain being plugged up, it could of been a major disaster for my wife and I. Our walk in closet with all of our clothes and shoes is right below the air handling unit. Thank you guys again for paying attention and letting me know about that issue. This next comment is for the head of the ACS company. I was in the newsprint industry for over 35 years and I know when I see good dedicated,hard working individuals and you have got some really great guys working for your company!!! Thanks again!!!
