Matt was wonderful!! Very helpful and did a great job to get our unit back up to running!! I also asked him to install a thermostat I had bought that was not previously discussed and he was more than happy to install that. We couldn’t be there when he came, but we were very comfortable with him doing what needed to be done.

We finally got our AC/Heat repaired, and the entire experience with Adams Services Co. was exceptional. They are truly amazing—one of the absolute best in the business. Every technician we interacted with was kind, professional, and incredibly patient. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood exactly what was going on. They even brought me up into the attic with them to show me the issues with the old unit and walk me through the repairs step by step. They answered every question I had without rushing me or making me feel like a bother. That level of transparency and customer care is hard to find these days.
