I reached out for a leaking water heater, and the response was fast. The manager came out the same day to give me an estimate. He was polite, patient, and explained everything clearly, which helped ease some of my stress. Chris and Casey handled the installation the very next day and they did an AMAZING job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly without tearing up my frame or creating any extra mess. They made sure everything fit perfectly in my tight space and cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated. I also feel like I got a great deal compared to other estimates I received. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the peace of mind of having the new unit installed safely. Highly recommend!

Fast (immediate!) response, quality workmanship and good pricing too! My water heater failed on a Thursday night and I called some contractors and only got voicemails. I saw that Lowes carried my water heater brand and contracted the installations services so I entered a request through their website. I got an immediate response by phone from Aaron with Advanced Heating and Air. He quoted me a price and said they could install the next day! I held off awarding the job to get pricing from other companies the next morning. Theirs was the lowest and could install same day so they got the job. When the water heater arrived the technician noted that the sheet metal housing was slightly dented so they recommended getting another one which they promptly did and completed the work. I got to take a hot shower that night!!!!
