Air Force Heating & Air

I recently lost my friend/HVAC technician to a tragedy and I had to find a technician today to come out. I don’t trust A lot of companies bc most only see dollar signs and not the customer. I called around today and decided to go with Air Force Heating & Air… and I’m glad I did! My technician was amazing!!! He explained to me what I did wrong in a very detailed & easy to understand way. Got me fixed up quickly while double checking everything to make sure all was on the up and up.. Super kind and humble with great customer service skills!!! Very fast response time, great customer service, very reasonably priced!!! I can’t brag enough!!! Thank You for hiring great technicians and Thank You Shamar/Todd for being an amazing technician!!! I will be using you guys from now on!!!

The professionalism and care shown by the employees of this company is beyond reproach. The service tech Noah showed and explained to me in simple terms the issues my furnace was having. Luke, the home comfort advisor presented us with an array of options and information from which to choose in order to make an informed decision. The installation techs, Gage and Hunter arrived early the next morning and completed the professional install in very little time. The entire process was rapid and hassle free, a shining example of what great customer service looks like.

I called out of the blue just to get a service maintenance done for fall/winter. AirForce HVAC cheerfully responded—even on a weekend. Ben D arrived promptly after calling to confirm that he was on his way and our appointment time was still convenient. Ben kept me appraised of all his entries and exits from the house-which was very helpful. I’ve always had good service from AirForce for my HVAC.
