These cats do regular work at a place I work. Work completed, left all the dirt, dust, and grime on any surface in area worked for others to clean. I've worked service in my past and this isn't how it's done friends. Edited- Also has employees willing to come into my place of work and be passive aggressive due to this review. It's just work fellas...do better

For years I have used the same well known company in the area for all my AC/Heating needs. However it seems like every time I called them they would come out and charge me a lot of money and the problem still wouldn’t be fixed so I would end up spending more money. After my unit messed up for the 4th time in less than 2 weeks someone recommended that I call Air Medic. I do not regret making that call. They sent JJ out the same day. He listened to all my problems and concerns. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to fix my unit. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to fix the unit but he quoted me an amazing price for a new unit and came out quickly to get it installed and running so my children and I weren’t dying in this summer heat! Since then he has called and checked on us and the unit. He also told me some problem areas in the house that may be letting heat into the house and how I could fix them. I recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. They didn’t treat me like a paycheck. They actually cared and didn’t over charge me! Thank you Air Medic!!

Our unit is OLD rheem. It quit blowing cold air yesterday. Called Shawn, with air medic this morning. He was here within 30 min. After checking thoroughly, he changed our capacitor, and gave our old compressor time to cool down. A tech came back about 3 hours later, and we turned the unit back on. It took about 30 seconds but that compressor started working again! We appreciate them not trying to sell us on a new unit, but I assure you. When we decide to get one, it will be thru Air Medic. Very fair pricing, and honest hard-working folks. 10/10 5 stars! Highly recommend!
