Tyler from Air Therm came out and performed a thorough inspection and was clearly very knowledgeable and his demeanor was professional and positive. (Note: I never knew or worked with this serviceman before today.) His explanations were clear and I appreciated how he provided photographs of issues he found which confirmed his diagnosis. I was impressed with his willingness without hesitation to inspect the most difficult reaches of the attic while demonstrating cat-like ability to get into tight spaces. Bottom line is he found the root of the problem for why my system is underperforming. He’s a credit to his employer. The world needs more competent and honest workman like this.

Today July 15, 2024 Air Therm sent a technician to our home to service our HVAC system. It is a road house and he had to climb on a high ladder and also get the small scuttle holes. Technicians name is Woody and he never complained once. He also helped me identify a place on my ceiling that was causing water stains in one of my bedrooms This was a Blessing. Now I can get the problem fixed. Woody changed the filters and serviced both units. Woody was very professional, very courteous and arrived on time. Thank you, AIR THERM. Joyce Presley I was referred to Air Therm by a neighbor, who had to use them, and had excellent results. I gave Air Therm a call told them I had absolutely no air condition on my 2nd floor. They sent a technician who arrived on time & attempted to restore air back to my 2nd floor. My system was broken and needs to be replaced. It was a 2011 so I think I got the best out of it. AIR THERM gave me a good price to replace both heat and air. The technician Zac Snyder was very informative very professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to show up in assist me with getting a restore to my 2nd floor. Once the system is installed, I will review again & respond to “good quality” & “good value”. If everything goes as good as the first visit Air Therm will definitely be my new HVAC company, get my vote and have five stars. Thank you AIR THERM and Zac.
