A company focused on it's customers best interests is rare these days. Many companies try and push products on the consumer or up-charge on products. I found Alabama Cooling and Heating to be a trustworthy company with family values. Marissa is amazing with communication and replied to every email I sent. Matthew came out and gave us the estimate to upgrade our current units and install new duct work and thermostats. In my opinion, the estimate was very reasonable. There were a couple of issues with the duct work and the thermostat after instal but Alabama Cooling and Heating was there the next day to fix the issues. Thank you Colston, Marissa, Matthew and the whole team for making us feel like family. The assurance that your company will provide annual service on our new system is a relief. I would absolutely recommend Alabama Cooling and Heating for your HVAC needs; great company.
