I'm telling y'all first impression is everything I moved to Evans May 25 this is the third time this company has came to my Manufacturing home. I met three different young employees from this company an I am retired military an when I tell you this company got it together. First a young lady I spoke to four times name ,Ms Vanessa who makes the schedule appointments is so polite looks up my work order quote after Mr Jeremy left my house an scheduled my second appointment within the same week. I told this young man Jeremy I got to have this new computer junk out of my house can you replace this for me with older simple model Honeywell. Jeremy went out of his way to show me what exact model I needed.6 Jan 26 immediately when that job was completed I purchased the correct item because of Jeremy given me this information: 1 cool 2 heat thermostat Non WIFI 2 stage now keep in mind I don't know what he talking about but you better believe I bought that item. At no time was he texting or any type of distraction an he knew what he was talking about when he start showing me pictures of why it's a 2 heat needed. Ms Vanessa scheduled for Jeremy to come back on the 8 Jan 26 cleaned the coil cleaner sprayed system and replaced thermostat for $314.00. ALL I CAN SAY FOR THIS COMPANY THEY WILL BE BACK AT MY HOUSE WHEN NEEDED. GOOD LOOKING OUT JEREMY an thank you for your military service.

I had the ducts of my home, as well as my dryer vent cleaned and sanitized by Atlas Heating and Air. The technician, Jacob, worked hard, completing the project in a timely fashion. He was helpful, kind to my dog, and knowledgeable. Their pricing was great for these services as well. I highly recommend this company and these services for more efficiency for your heating and air and help for any allergy sufferers.

Brian from Atlas Heating & Air called beforehand, arrived on time, was professional, seemed to do a thorough job and answered all my questions. He gave me recommendations, but was not pushy regarding the additional services he suggested. I’m glad I chose Atlas Heating & Air Conditioning, when I replaced both my units. The first servicing of the units was free. And, the yearly cost covers servicing both units, twice a year for $330 total. That also includes a 20% off discount for the package, which seems like a fair deal. Thanks for your excellent service and reasonable pricing.
