Really do appreciate James for coming out and checking on our unit, our AC was not blowing cool air. It happened to be late in the evening already, and James was able to make it a priority to get our AC up and running as soon as possible. I recommend, all over again!

Set up an appointment weeks in advance for them to come out and service my a/c unit. Personally took off time from work, the lady over the phone was helpful and set up for someone to come out. The day of, waited 8-11, the set up for my appointment window. No one never called or came out to my home. I decided to call and check up myself to see what the problem was, no one answered the phone. Spoke volumes for me, even if they were helpful and wanted to reschedule, I would not have moved forward with the appointment, but no one never called or followed up.
