Excellent experience ! ! ! Personable, professional, knowledgeable and they were able to get a tech out within the HOUR, and this is mid June! AND it ended up just being the capacitor that needed to be replaced (whew, cuz this unit is very old), and it was very reasonably priced. I will be using Blount from now on!
