We had an excellent experience with Bob Woodall Air. Our technician, Cody, was incredibly polite and professional and got our HVAC fixed right away, which was a lifesaver during this uncharacteristically cold weather. He took the time to explain everything clearly to me in person and also walked my husband through the situation over the phone so we both understood what was going on. That level of communication and care really stood out. He was cordial, respectful, and even took a moment to love on our dogs, which instantly won us over. I also truly appreciated receiving a photo of our technician ahead of time. As a stay at home wife, that extra step made me feel safe and comfortable before he arrived. I needed to get a whole new indoor and outdoor unit installed. Preston and Anthony were very nice and did everything right. They came out very quick. I got an estimate on Friday and I called Monday to schedule the installation and they were out there Tuesday. They updated me as they worked. Checked everything before they left to make sure everything was running right and answered all of my questions! Great company!
