I forgot the serviceman's name; however, he was very professional, knowledgeable and didn't have a mean look on his face. I explained everything that had been happening with my furnace servicing the lower level of my 54 year old split level home that started a littleover a month ago when one of my two wifi thermostats stopped communicating with my furnace. I also stated that I thought some of my furnace's problems were because I never remembered having the ducts cleaned for as long as I've lived in my home. I informed him of changes I'd made to my home affecting my HVAC system over the years. He explained to me how ducts work as well as how his duct service cleaned the ducts. He took his time and went through the necessary rooms, going under my house and checking out my outside units. After, checking everything out, he quoted a price, explained what included in the price, told me about how long the job would take and approximate date your company would do the job. He also informed me that I might be asked to step outside for a while because of some of the chemicals being used. He will email me all of the necessary documents. Ms Juanita Womack
