Very Grateful for Busby's! Top notch hospitality, explanations of how everything works on the unit, the thermostat, and how to monitor it. They cleaned up after their selves, they stayed all day. Service was exceptional from booking the service app with Mr. Dwayne, to the service with the two techs Fransico & Torron, to me giving the payment which was smooth, to the last second the techs left. I called the business one day as well and even the receptionist Ayonna had customer service that was top notch. She was also polite and executed my needs and got my questions answered. We are happy to have a new furnace for our youth center. We look forward to doing business again with busbys! I highly recommend the business!

Busby’s is phenomenal! After working with Joseph, who meticulously collected measurements to find the right units for me, Francisco and Tevin installed a new Air Conditioner and Furnace to replace my 40-year-old units. They were extremely professional and friendly, working to ensure the new units fit in my old spaces. A couple months later, after communicating an issue with my Furnace, knowing the temperature would soon reach into the 20’s, Busby’s promptly sent out Kyle to troubleshoot my issue. He was extremely thorough and proactive. Soon after, Joseph, Dwayne, Jim, Richard, and Dylan returned to run diagnostics and repair my furnace. They all went above and beyond to not only quickly resolve my issue, but ensure there would be no issues going forward. Absolutely outstanding customer service, the likes of which I’ve never experienced. It doesn’t get any better than that. I look forward to maintaining a relationship with Busby’s . . . such an excellent company!

Well in October 2024, I was having heating problems and called out pleasant heating and air and got terrible results, they wanted to charge me $2500 for a control board and come to find out It was nothing wrong with it.(see attached). As the year went on this year again heater malfunction so I called Busby HVAC, OH BOY! I’m sure glad I did… They not only showed me what the problem was, they also made recommendations that were phenomenal and in layman’s terms I understood. Afterwards they even sent out Q/A folks to check and insured the systems were installed and performed properly and then another follow up by Mr. Tracy, whom was in contact with us throughout the whole process. It don’t get no better than this.
