I contacted Wilson Plumbing & Heating to service my 16 year old 40 gallon gas water heater. Met with Jason Beatty, Service Technician, who knowledge and expertise was evident when discussing the options to service my water heater. I decided it was best to replace the water tank and requested that Jason personally be the one to complete the job. He honored my request and came next day with fellow technicians Jimmy Dillon and Isiah Pittser who were equally knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Jimmy and Isiah installed new tank, drain pan, new ball valve & thermal expansion tank, and rework gas, vent, flue piping and water lines. Overall, I was very impressed and pleased with there work. The crew that was sent out for my furnace install was superb. Isaiah and Greg did a wonderful job. They left no debris behind and made sure their work site was clean before departure. They made sure I knew how to operate new thermostat as well. They went above and beyond in my opinion. I brought to their attention something the salesman and I discussed that they didn’t receive on their work order. After discussion they were able to accommodate my request. If I wasn’t there for the install you would have never known they were there. I would recommend them to friends and family anytime.
