UPDATING 3 months after services to show how my unit was left- trash everywhere, a new circuit board left on the floor, the sensor to detect a gas leak left hanging not connecting to anything, and the flute to pull the carbon monoxide out of my attic wasn’t even connected putting my household at risk of health problems. And this was after someone was sent out to “fix” the shoddy job the initial repairmen did. The response from the company means nothing to me since you couldn’t take ownership for your own employees mess of a job. The only positive thing I have to say is that at least they send someone out when you call but the level of competence can’t be high to work here. I wouldn’t recommend if they were your only option. The technician came out and said we needed a new unit. He provided us with options and was thorough which led me to believe this was a company I could trust. Well I was wrong. They said it would take a few days for them to get all the parts so we scheduled a day and time for installation. The morning of I get a text that the repairmen were on their way and would arrive in 30 minutes. They showed up 2 hours later and without all the parts they needed. They worked from 10:00 until 9:00 and I was still left without a working unit. They return the next day and say the thermostat is the problem and replace it without permission, which still did not fix the problem. Come to find out they’re not even supposed to touch the thermostat, let alone replace it. Long story short, I had to call this company every day for NINE DAYS STRAIGHT to send someone out for my brand new unit that still is not working correctly. The technicians blame the repairmen and the repairmen blame the technicians. The people who answer the phone just talk over you and the company has no concern on what issues you’re having during 100° weather in Alabama with children in your house. I don’t expect to be treated like your only customer but I expect some sort of customer service after spending $9k on a new unit that didn’t work correctly for over a week. Please do yourself a favor and find anyone else to work on your a/c if you can help it.

Mr. John Walter's was a blessing as he came in with courtesy and respect and was very polite. A hard and diligent worker that went right to the problem which my drain pipe was clogged and the sensor was causing the Ac not to turn on. He flushed it with CO2 and than we sucked the algae that was clogging it up and he cleaned and washed my system out, checked all freon levels and the system itself to ensure it would continue to be reliable. We worked well and proficiently with getting what was needed for the each task. He helped me put a 150ft hose back up that we pulled out to flush and clean the system. Thanks to Chad's timely response in coming out to check on my AC for a diagnosis and giving me a great deal on the membership prior to them coming out took care of everything. Thanks Mr. Walter and Chad's AC for quality service and knowledge that led to a great day that it was one less thing to worry about.
