These guys wrote the book "Small Town & Unprofessional". I see another reviewer saying they didn't receive promised phone calls, yes! Jaime' and Larry dug around our attic to give us a quote, never to return our call. Are they too good for our business? Once I spoke to Jaime after a half a dozen phone calls to the office over a period of 2 months, he finally called back to say we were "not a good fit" because I said I was concerned about THEIR reliability. Wait, did he want to marry us? We've lived in 5 cities and these guys win the prize. One of the techs got super mad because he couldn't work on a more sophisticated Lennox system and said "I'm never coming back here". OMG. Be warned dear people, you deserve better than this.

I’ve recommended Climatech Heating and Air to several customers, and every one of them has been happy with the service they received. Reliable, professional, and easy to work with. I’m confident continuing to recommend them.

We purchased a new HVAC in October 2025, we were really excited to have a new energy saving system, our excitement has turned to frustration. We have called several times about getting the paperwork for our tax credit, we were told Larry would call us back, we are still waiting on the call. The very first night our system was installed we kept hearing a very loud gurgling sound, called and reported it and a gentlemen called us back and said that was normal, we weren't satisfied with that answer so we asked if someone could come check it out. A gentlemen came out a week later and said a setting on the thermostat needed to be changed and that seemed to do the job.A few days ago the electricity went out and when it came back on the thermostat was black and didn't show any information and the fan kept running, my wife called and explained the situation to the lady that answered the phone, she asked what the fan was set on, how can you tell if the screen is black, so she said someone could be here between 4pm-6pm. A gentlemen did show up at 4:30 and was clearly in a bad mood, he thought we needed a new thermostat and called around to find one but he finally got ours working, so my wife asked him about the filter door because it kept falling off, he worked on it for awhile and then said, "I can't get the left side to stay on" and was gathering his things to leave. My wife ask him, so that's it, we will just have to live with it, and he replied yep, I guess so. He said we could drill a hole and put screws in it, but it would be a pain everytime we needed to change the filter and then he left. I know it looks like our problems were solved except for the filter door and the paperwork for the tax credit, but I feel they simply don't care once the sale is final.
