Finally! I have had issues with my AC and heating system since I bought my house about 11 months ago. I have had multiple companies out, all of them telling me I need a new system, but this is the only company that actually tried to help fix the problem first. They said a new system was clearly in my future, but they were going to try to help me out, first. The issue improved a little after their first visit, but not enough that I was able to put off the inevitable. I received 3 quotes for a new system, just to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off. Comfort Atlanta was the only company that had the parts, when all other companies would need to order them and then need 3 weeks before install. Not only that, but they were $1,000 cheaper for a larger system. Upon approval, they were out to install within 24 hours, and completed the removal and install within 8 hours. Keep in mind, they need to replace the AC handler, the furnace, things in the attic, AND install two thermostats. I am beyond thrilled with their correspondence, their professionalism, their pricing, and the products they recommended. Do not look any further, this company is the one to go with. I have a larger ton system, the reputable TRANE system, zoned and with two thermostats that I can control from my phone. On time, reliable, financially responsible, with short approval to install times, what else could you ask for? When it comes to getting you out of a hot house in the summer or cold house in the winter, they are the ones you need to go with.

I called Comfort Atlanta for furnace problem, they sent Antony over within a few hours. Antony is very knowledgeable and professional. He took care of the problem quickly with very reasonable charge. Definitely my choice if I ever run into AC problem again.
