I had a great experience with Comfortmasters. Allen Crowe came to my home last week to service my air conditioner for the summer and did a very good job. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I'd noticed a difference in my A/C performance prior to scheduling the appointment and thought there might be a problem. He found it right away and explained what it was and how he would fix it. He has excellent customer service skills and is actually very nice. I would not hesitate to ask for him again.

Allen Crowe went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service during my recent appointment. I appreciated his attention to detail while checking out my air conditioning unit. While in my attic, he saw a problem unrelated to my AC system, showed it to me and corrected it for no additional charge.
