Dragonfly Heating & Cooling

They seemed like they knew what they were doing... Eight months, after receiving service from this company, my system was getting dirtier and dirtier at the vents going out. We live in Norco so we assumed it was simply the need to change our filters more regularly. So instead of every three months we were changing every two or every month. But my kids were getting sick at this point and the vents were disgusting. So I went into the attic to see if maybe a rodent chewed through the main intake duct. Instead I found three holes where dragonfly had drilled into the main boxes, to most likely do tests for the maintenance I had hired them to do that day, and never plugged them back up... This whole time my system has been sucking crap from the attic and putting it into my home, making my kids and I sick and wheezing from the crap it was pulling in. When I called them about the poor service and what they were planning to do about it. They told me that cause I asked for a quote for possible future service to change out my ducts for something more efficient. They decided to stop all the maintenance I had already asked for that day and not at least finish the service they were there for. I mean did they think I was not going to use my system till I got a quote for a better system. Even still why after not going with the upgrade did they not think to plug up the holes then... Still need my home cooled with my ac till I can see if I can afford to upgrade, right?
