Dunn's HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical

The office workers, Linda and Connie were very friendly and on the ball. Anytime I had a question or request, they took care of it immediately. Justin and Brody were also on the job. They were both impressive with their work ethic and very hard workers. Justin had a lot of experience and knowledge and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was right. He went above and beyond to complete the job and came several times on his own. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely want Justin on the job at my house if needed in the future. Brody was eager to do whatever was needed of him. He was the youngest of the group. This didn’t stop him from sharing his thoughts and ideas about the job. He was a hard worker and never complained. I see great things in his future as he moves up the ranks. It was a pleasure to have him on the team.

Our technicians were very professional but friendly to. They called me when they were on their way. They were earlier than expected, we were very happy because we were w/o heat and were freezing 🥶!! They explained what had happened and what they were doing to fix it. As they went over our invoice they also explained their different home packages for HVAC, plumbing and electrical maintenance and services. We were very happy with our tech’s and Dunn’s. Will be referring them to our family and friends.💕

Called on Wednesday and they were able to come out the next Monday for electrical issues. They diagnosed and were able to start and finish their work that following Wednesday. Chris was professional and timely and did great work quick. Aiden was also very helpful and didn’t great job on my outlets. I would let him work on my walls any time.
