1st time working with Kyler, ECS tech. He was very thorough and polite. He accommodated a few questions/concerns I had, and reviewed some notable findings he discovered. He took the time to address a concern, so we can monitor for changes. We also discussed several potential system remedies if this mitigation doesn’t last. Very thankful for this approach. ECS is a great company with great employees. I’m never less than completely satisfied by their work and efforts to please. Attached are before and after photos cleaning some concerning growth on the interior components of my outside packaged unit.

We had a mini split system installed in our shop apartment. We love the Samsung units and the install was done neatly and professionally. The price was also very good. ECS just recently called and scheduled a free check in on our equipment and completed that service for us at absolutely no charge! We worked with Cooper, Kyler, Cam and Jazz. All were great!

Allow me to start by saying I do not like people, in general. People coming to my house is even worse. So when Kyler arrived to do his work, I threw on my coat and went out there to watch him. I am sure I made him uncomfortable, at first as I was asking questions. Kyler is a polite young man and despite my rather direct approach with him, he patiently explained what he was looking at, what the tolerances were and the readings he was getting. His transparent professionalism was exactly what I expect from people I do business with. Clearly, Kyler knows his business and is an honest broker of services for his company. And a company who would recognize this young man's talents, provide training and put him out here on the street to do this work, is a company I applaud and support.
