Etowah Heating & Cooling

Etowah Heating and Cooling came and repaired my Central Unit on May 12th, 2023. When they completed the repairs I paid the owner Jamey $595.00 and he said he would send me an invoice. Since then, I have called, emailed, and messaged them numerous times, and 3 months later I still have not received an invoice or a call back with an explanation as to why. When I call the main number the lady I speak with takes down all my information each time and promises me that Jamey will get back with me. I have told her that they can mail me, fax me, or email me a copy and either of the three would be fine, and still nothing. I don’t understand why this has been so difficult. Because of this I doubt I will ever use them again.

My very old unit finally stopped operating properly. I called Etowah Heating and Cooling, and they were here within a day. They made my unit safer for us to run while we waited for our new unit to be installed. We didn't have to wait very long at all. A day or two later, they were removing my old HVAC and installing the new. Very clean removal and disposal, no trash left behind. It's been a week now with our new HVAC, and I can already tell it's much more efficient than the old one, and I should see it on my power bill as well. I will also be using this company for regular maintenance.

I’m not big on writing reviews, but I had too. Trey did a terrific job for us. Before making a decision I looked a each HVAC companies reviews and we decided to use Etowah. He was a day early (which was awesome) and after looking over our unit he figured out what the problem was here we are 3 days later and our unit is running like a well oiled machine. I can’t thank this company enough. If your trying to decide, look no further! In my opinion this company is the best!
