Great communication on what was needed, Time frame for the install to be started and finished. The day of install we were notified 30 minutes prior to arriving and were accurate about that arrival time. The install and delivery team introduced themselves with 100% professionalism and accurately described everything that was going to be done. Having an older furnace there was some sheet metal work that was needed from the shop and it looked amazing when done. Overall great experience to have with Favret having a new furnace installed before the temperatures really start to drop.
