We went with them about a year ago and they did a decent job but not this time. We had absolutely no air in 90 degree weather. We called Friday and they told us they were busy and may not get to us that day which was fine (we wanted to go with them since we did last year so we didn't call anyone else) and they took our name and number and said they'd give us a call back that day and let us know when they could come. Late Friday no call, no text. I called and left a voice mail letting them know. Monday still no call so I called them again. We left another voice-mail. At this time we decided to call another company who scheduled us in as an emergency since it was so hot outside. It is now Wednesday and we have yet to get a call back from this company and our air is running beautifully thanks to the other awesome company we went with. My problem isn't the fact that they may have been too busy and couldn't see us this week,, my problem is the fact they couldn't call and let us know at any time in the past 6 days when the weather has been over 90 degrees in the house.

We called this office on April 23rd they came out on April 27th the part they had with them didn't fit our unit they said they had to order it we didn't hear anything ANYTHING from them for almost 3 weeks my husband and I both work so of course they just showed up and we was at work this was 3 weeks after they came the first time my father in law asked when they would come back they told him a couple of days it's May 22nd and we have called this office NUMEROUS times with no answer and they still haven't came back out if I could give negative stars I would!!! This company is horrible if they couldn't fix our unit that's all they had to say if we needed a whole new system that's all they had to say just say SOMETHING!!

We had to replace our 18 y/o central a/c. Called Fondren from a recommendation. They were on time, reviewed our situation, made a recommendation with pricing and delivered exactly as promised. Will definitely use them again. We had tried another company for repairs and found out they were changing parts unnecessarily and overcharging. We trust Fondren because they were honest and fair.
