At the end, they walked us through everything—what they did, how the new AC works, and answered all our questions patiently. The technicians were professional, respectful, and never rushed us. So my tech got here don’t get me wrong but he did a good job of adjusting some wiring of my heat and fan it a lot better now. For the tech I give him 3 ⭐️when he got to my house I open my door to him didn’t say a word not even a hello . He walk in assume he knew where was my furnace until I direct him where it is. As for customer service they were great. I gave him a five. ⭐️
