GallettAir replaced our furnace last week. We were impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the team, Mike Z and Eric, that installed the new unit. They were a pleasure to have in our home. They answered all of our questions. I feel confident that it was properly done. GallettAir is also our service company. I called them when our 22 year old furnace started making loud noises. They diagnosed that our blower motor was failing. I confirmed their determination. We decided to replace the aging furnace rather than just replace the blower. Their initial proposal was quite pricey. We did our due diligence and got several lower competing bids. I then called and spoke with the owners, Matt and his father Carmine. I appreciated that Carmine was willing to work with us on price, while at the same time upgrading us with a superior unit. We are glad that we decided to stay with them and know that they will be there in the future should we need them.

We recently upgraded our home heat pump system and, after receiving estimates from several companies, decided to move forward with GallettAir. While they were not the lowest-priced option, the salesperson stood out by clearly explaining the system, the installation process, and—most importantly—the strength of their service department. This morning, on the eve of a major storm, we woke up to find that our heat pump was not operating. Despite the call being placed before normal business hours and under challenging weather conditions, GallettAir promptly dispatched a technician. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that the issue was a faulty Nest thermostat, which we had not replaced at the time of installation. To ensure we were not left without heat during the storm, the technician installed a temporary thermostat on the spot. Although we did not expect to need service so soon after installing a new system just four months ago, the responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving demonstrated by the GallettAir team exceeded our expectations. The peace of mind that comes from knowing you have reliable service support—especially during an emergency—is invaluable. We are very satisfied with our decision and highly recommend GallettAir for both their installation quality and outstanding customer service.

My 92 year old mom had no heat and the owner of the company, Carmine Galletta responded to our call and went absolutely above and beyond to service my mom's unit. Instead of just saying my Mom needed a new unit, he explored all options and was able to repair the unit at a reasonable charge. For a senior living on a fixed income this was good news!
