Our AC quit cooling late in the afternoon. We called Gold Mech to schedule repairs. The scheduler listened to our issue and offered to send somebody out that evening. It wasn’t an emergency so we scheduled it for the next day. They told us what time they would be here. A slot opened up earlier in the day so they called and offered it to us. The Repair Tech was extremely nice and thorough. The system had frozen up. He worked with it and got it working, charged the system and ensured it was working properly.
