I've been with Hader Solutions HVAC for over 15 years. I'm on my second Bryant furnace now and continuing with Hader because I know I can trust them, and for 15 years, they have taken good care of us. The tech guys are always through, very friendly, and offer tips or suggestions about my equipment. They are always happy to answer questions. Many have even mentioned that Hader is a good company to work for, which I think says a lot about Hader. Jason calls me twice a year to schedule my service and then calls again to let me know they are on their way. Doug, the owner, knows the equipment inside and out and is always available if I need something. He sold us both our furnaces and gave us a good deal both times. He's even coming by again this week to make sure I get the most out of the new WI-FI thermostat. My wife and I like being a part of this 142-year-old, successful family-owned business!

Our house looks so good. A wind storm ripped off a good portion of our siding and we needed the siding replaced on our entire home. We trusted Hader to install our cedar shake siding and they 100% met our expectations. Jesse was great to work with (for us and our insurance) and the team who installed the siding did an awesome job. We’ve already gotten many compliments. The house looks like a completely new one with this update!

In the early 1990's my family returned from out of town on Christmas eve which was a Saturday and discovered our furnace was not working. I called Hader with the intention of scheduling a service call for the next business day that Monday and planned to shiver until then. The owner returned my call indicating he could come by that evening, again Christmas eve, and he was able to repair our furnace. With that gesture he gained a customer for life. Since then we have replaced our furnace and A/c twice and installed a mini split system. Each installation was done in a completely professional and satisfactory manner.
