At 3:00am on Saturday my son alerted me that the toilet wasn’t flushing and that the water in the bathtub wasn’t draining. So, I called another company first and they said they could have some out around 8:00am to 12:00pm. Okay, it’s the weekend, makes sense. Well, around 2:00pm, no call no show, I gave up and cancelled with them. Thank goodness I did!! After some research I called Hiller and Alex was at my door in just over an hour on a Sunday! But, then there was a problem. I had no idea where our clean out was. Alex didn't bat an eye and started a thorough search all around the house. I tagged along and he answered all my questions while we searched. Well, we couldn’t find it. It wasn’t even on my house blueprints!? Undaunted, Alex rolled up his sleeves and got ready to remove the toilet, committed to fixing our problem. Then something he had explained to me about the repair process during our search made me think of an odd fixture in my kid’s closet. He checked it out and sure enough! It was the clean out! (My house is weird!) I really appreciate how much he engaged with me throughout the entire process. After fixing the problem he even found the other outdoor clean-out too! It was completely buried and he dug it up! Thank you, Alex! Let me tell you;Alex is everything and more Hiller promises in their technicians. He exceeded expectations and is just a darn nice guy! I am 100% recommending Hiller to everyone I know!! The price was fair, Alex is fantastic and they even have an amazing maintenance membership you can join!? I am over the moon! Hiller has been one of the best companies I've ever hired for anything household related. They have come out to work on my system for various things and are always extremely professional. I have to give particular recognition to Logan Currier. He is the friendliest and most respectful person I've ever had in my home. Not only does he almost immediately deduce what is causing the issue and repair it quickly, but he cares about the customers. Logan explains everything well and will show the customer what exactly is going wrong. I bought my system from Freedom Heating and Cooling, from whom I have received extremely poor customer service, work that was lacking, and refusal to acknowledge my warranty. Logan went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer of my unit and verify that my warranty is current and valid. Talk about peace of mind! Additionally, he found that Freedom had not even hooked up either of my safety switches in the attic! By taking care of this for me, Logan may have potentially prevented a fire, flooding, or damage to my system! He didn't have to mention that and could've just called it a day, but once again he's going to look out for his customers. He has never tried to sell me something I didn't need or take advantage of me like many companies out there will do. You should definitely request Logan for your repair work if you value transparency, honesty, excellent work, and being treated like a friend rather than as another job on the schedule.
