Mr. Jesse is not good with customer service at all I called on a Tuesday of last week. They said they were busy and they would return my call and go check out the AC unit on Wednesday. They did not return my call. I called to get on Thursday Jesse said that he would for sure. Go on that Thursday, Thursday past. No call now it's Monday of the following week still nothing Whenever I call. It just sends me straight to voicemail.

We have been using Middle GA Heating & Air over 15 years. A few weeks ago our 15 year old unit started given us problems. Jessie, came and installed us a new one. We Love it. He is honest and affordable and he treats his customers right.

4 months ago, Jessie told me we had a leak and needed a new AC unit. He said he could install it within 2 weeks. I’ve been very patient as I know he is busy and workers are hard to retain, but it’s been four months and my last 4 electric bills have been nearly $400. I’ve called him a few times and he keeps stringing us along and saying he will come, but he has yet to show up. Don’t waste your time with him, call another company.
