Sergio Morejon did an outstanding job today. He was professional, thorough, and communicated with me from start to finish. He called ahead, kept me informed along the way, and was very friendly with my two dogs which I really appreciated. Sergio checked in with me every time he needed to cut power during the full replacement of my 1922 breaker panel. He even ran to Lowe’s twice for supplies and always let me know when he was leaving and returning. The electrical panel replacement was done well and my hot water was finally restored. My only concern was on the scheduling side. The night before the appointment, Yesenia let me know they would likely send two technicians because it was a “big job” and would take around four hours. She also reminded me I would be without power and for me that also means Internet which affects my work because I work from home. However, Sergio arrived alone and completed the entire job by himself. He arrived around 10am in the morning and power and Internet were not restored until about 6pm in the evening. Hot water was running and the full job ended at 6:35pm. Because the timeline increased and I had no advance notice for that change or to let my employer know, I was docked a full day of pay. The office did act quickly in preparing a professional letter for me to provide to my supervisor, and I genuinely appreciated that. I just believe that for work of this size and complexity a two person team should be sent, especially when that expectation is set the night before. A courtesy call at 7-8am in the morning to let me know the job had shifted to a one man, all day project would have given me time to notify my employer and secure coverage. With that notice, I would not have lost an entire day of pay. Sergio himself was absolutely exceptional and I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and communication. I am very happy and give four stars. He even swept and cleaned up after himself perfectly! Thanks Sergio!

We had an issue with our heating system and called Momentum AC. Enmanuel arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it efficiently. The heating is now working perfectly. Very professional service and highly recommended.

Dominic was highly professional, even though the AC unit was more difficult than expected he kept working till the job was done and AC was working.
