Northeast Heating Cooling & Refrigeration

My mother was having an issue with her ductless heating/AC unit. Called Northeast on a Tuesday and they were very responsive and were there that afternoon. It was determined that the unit needed to be replaced. Talked to Kevin the next day and received a quote and it was installed on Friday. That was even with them having to wait for a part which came promptly. Everything went very smoothly. The entire team I dealt with was very professional and pleasant. Their customer service was wonderful and we really appreciated that. Thank you, Kevin, Grace, Ricky, Chris and Josh. So we didn't actually have anyone from Northeast at our house, but we got great help in another way. Our oil furnace shut down during the coldest weekend of the year, so we called a bunch of places for emergency service. Chris from Northeast called back, and while they don't service oil, he walked me through the process of bleeding the line. A tech from another company showed up at the same time so he took over, but Chris was very helpful and generous with his time.
