I know I needed a new furnace - but had no idea who to turn to. You see all kinds of ads on TV, internet, etc....who do you trust to give you a quality product AND a fair price? Like most good companies, word of mouth is golden. A good friend of mine recommended Jim O'Donnell and I don't know if I've met a more genuine and honest businessman. Needless to say, the installation crew was professional, accurate and timely. They replaced my A/C, furnace, and hot water tank. Even though I was only in the market for a furnace, it was a great deal that I couldn't pass up. I'm so happy this COLD winter that I don't have to worry about waking up to a broken furnace!
