On Time is very reliable and stand behind their work. I had a backed up kitchen sink drain and asked them to replace our kitchen faucet. Chase did a great job! He unstopped the drain that was a lot further down the line. The faucet looks really nice and works well.

Tyler was top notch. Very intellectual and very thorough. Tyler explained everything from start to finish of the project once he finished up his initial observation of the issues that we were having he then took the time to sit me down and walk me through step by step on exactly what our issues were.
