Savannah Air Factory

Savannah Air Factory has been excellent to work with. After getting 3 estimates to replace my HVAC system, I ended up going with Sav Air Factory because of their follow up, communication, friendliness, and timeliness. Malcolm has also serviced our unit and has been just as punctual, friendly, and easy to work with. I’d recommend anyone go with these folks for Maitnance or unit replacement. Have had no issues and really appreciate the professionalism.

Savannah Air Factory was very fast to respond to my inquiry for service. I requested a service inspection to insure my unit was working well and ready for the year. James was my technician and he checked out all aspects of the unit. He then gave a full report on his inspection. This company will be at the top of my list for recommendations to other homeowners. I was sad when I learned my favorite tech had moved on from Savannah Air Factory (SAF). I had no idea how fantastic my new tech, Jawan would be. I've already requested him as my tech from now on. Jawan called when he was a half hour away to let me know he was on the way for our appointment. He greeted me with a gorgeous smile (and dimples) and took time petting my dog, who is generally wary of strangers coming to the house. He sensed Jawan was a good person, so that allowed me to relax as well. Jawan was extremely thorough, took pics of the items he found that needed to be dealt with, and checked in with me a few times to keep me informed of his next steps. After all he did, I'm confident my system is in top-notch condition. I highly recommend SAF, who had completely replaced my double units a few years back. Actually I wouldn't even consider nor trust another company to go through my house and yard unaccompanied. I sit and enjoy a coffee and let them do their work. I do have a maintenance contract where they come semiannually for inspections/needed repairs. They are excellent at scheduling and work well with me to find mutually agreeable times for service. My experience with their techs has been great, too. Always respectful, knowledgeable, and informative. Since the need for HVAC in Savannah isn't negotiable - beastly hot Summers and bone-chilling days in the Winter - save your mind and go with the best: Savannah Air Factory.
