Honest Review – 2026 Experience (PLEASE READ) I chose to delete my previous negative review because, after further reflection and communication, I realized the issue stemmed from an internal breakdown that had not yet reached the owner’s attention. This is my updated and honest review. I believe in giving credit where it’s due. While my experience with Sensigreen HVAC started off frustrating, the owner demonstrated true leadership by stepping in personally to resolve the matter. The problem wasn’t just the HVAC work itself, it was that the line of communication within Sensigreen had been discontinued. My concerns were not properly escalated through the chain of command. Once the owner became aware of the situation, he quickly repaired that communication breakdown and committed to redoing the work the right way. How do I know, my neighbor informed me he had received a positive result afterwards. That action is making all the difference especially in restoring confidence within our community. I now feel VALUED as a customer. Not only is my HVAC system on the road to recovery, but the owner also refunded my expenses, including consideration for the time I invested throughout this process. That removed the FEAR and frustration I had been carrying. We are all subject to mistakes. What truly matters is how those mistakes are handled and corrected. Accountability, responsiveness, and integrity speak louder than perfection ever could. As a conduit of God, I understand that ultimate trust belongs to God alone. I do not place any company on that level. However, I do respect and appreciate owners who operate with responsibility, humility, and a commitment to make things right. Thank you for your timely and professional response. I sincerely pray I will not have to revisit or revise this review again.

I had a new heat pump, thermostat, and ductwork installed. The guys were here bright and early and by that afternoon I had a new unit and I was warm and cozy. Very professional and courteous. They seemed to work very well together. And, they cleaned up everything! I am beyond pleased with the entire service they provided.
