Whoever is in charge of dispatching needs to be fired, anytime I have a service call. I always get the reply " I will call you back if we can do it" or " I will let you know what our schedule is like" and no one ever gets back to me. They also charge a stupid rate for annual PMs on your units and they rip you off. I attached pictures of nothing but excuses from their Dispatch lady
