I called Southeastern Mechanical Services today around 2pm because I was having an issue with my AC not working and they came right out and fixed the issue! Andy, who was the tech, was amazing! So professional! Very easy to talk to and he was very informative about what the problem was and how he fixed it! I am going to use this Company for ALL of my AC needs!!! Check them out! WOW

my hvac system which they put in by the way, stopped working in February, I’ve called them 5 times since then to fix the Freon leak. It’s 76 degrees in my house right now after he told me in august he’d be back to fix it on the following Monday I didn’t have to be here. Well apparently he didn’t come back and fix the leak. Also they told me 2 months ago that they couldn’t come out because they were booked up for two weeks, that call another HVAC company which I did. He told me it had a leak he put 4 pounds of Freon in it. Then they told me the guy that worked on my unit in February had quit. They are now saying they are booked up again for 2 weeks. Well I ask her in July 3 times to set up a maintenance plan and they could come back this month to clean the unit before cold sets in. She never set it up,

SMS has gone above and beyond servicing our church units. They respond quickly and are extremely accommodating with scheduling around having a staff members being present - which can be tough at a church. Their techs are all CERTIFIED which is extremely rare and difficult to find. Their guys have all been extremely respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Southeastern Mechanical Services had competitive pricing compared to larger companies we received bids from and are careful to make sure they don't sell us something we don’t need but thoroughly explain issues we have had. They always make sure to give us all the options on how to proceed and their professional recommendation isn’t always the one with the largest dollar amount attached to it.
