We cannot say enough how helpful, professional and cost efficient David and his team at Spencer Heating and Air were! David went over and beyond to help us replace our upstairs unit. He also found an affordable contractor for us to help make it more cost efficient in our attic. He always answered or returned our calls in a timely matter and showed up when he said he would. We also had a few quotes and his was by far the best! We can’t recommend this company enough!

Earlier this summer our compressor and air handler were running but the house was not cooling. David Simpson from Spencer came out and after checking the freon, etc., he determined that the thermostat and the zone board on the air handler were not communicating and my dampers were remaining closed for each of my zones. David forced the dampers opened and told me that unfortunately, Carrier did not make my board anymore. Given the age of the unit, we decided to replaced the furnace and air conditioner with a new furnace and heat pump. David said that a heat pump would be much more efficient in this area of the country. I let the old unit run since it was the dead of summer and we decided to replace everything last week. Outside of the oppressive heat which slowed the guys down since my unit is in my attic, the install went well. All of the guys were very nice and were very careful in carrying the old unit and materials out and the new unit in. Everything is working great and the new main thermostat is very intuitive with this new zone system. I can't believe how quiet the whole system is. My only very minor complaint was that some times the guys would break for lunch or leave in the afternoon (due to excessive heat) but not let us know. Knowing would have allowed my wife and I to leave and run some errands. Overall, this was a very good experience. David even walked me through setting up the app so I can control everything with my phone. Great job, Spencer Heating & Air!

We had an issue at our restaurant and water was coming in from the ceiling. We called Spencer at 9 am that morning and by mid after noon a technician was on the job. The technician Brad came in the restaurant and introduced himself and he and I went on the roof of the building together where he took the time to explain the situation and what he was going to do in order to address the issues and solve the problem. After completing the job Brad went over several preventative practices for us to do moving forward. We have been using Spencer for nearly 2 years and my experiences have handled in a professional manner at a fair price. I would recommend them for any commercial AC needs.
