We could not speak more highly of Standard! When we called and explained our heat was coming in and out with a newborn and toddler, Kenetra had Spencer to our house within three hours. He was professional, patient, and courteous. He had to come back out to fix our other heater four days later and was once again incredibly helpful and efficient.
