1-Star Review (Will Update If Resolved) I had a new HVAC system installed by Stegall on August 1, and unfortunately I have had problems with it ever since. From the beginning, my power usage nearly tripled, the system repeatedly ran when it should have been off, and the unit froze due to low refrigerant and wiring issues. I have now had to shut the system off at the breaker and go without HVAC over an entire weekend while waiting on repairs. What concerns me most is not just the problems themselves, but that I have been the one to identify every issue through my own monitoring and research. At no point has Stegall done a full diagnostic or performance test on their own initiative to make sure the system was installed correctly or operating efficiently. Each time, the response has been reactive, not proactive. I expected professional installation and follow-through. Instead, I’ve had repeated service visits and still don’t have a properly functioning system two months later. If Stegall fully resolves these issues in a timely and professional manner, I will update this review and rating. As of now, based on the installation quality and lack of thorough troubleshooting, I cannot recommend this company.

I’m a landscape contracting company that needed service very quickly. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with this company. My regular plumber could not help us with a problem we had on the commercial job. My contact on this project recommended Stegall Plumbing as they have done work on this building before. I called the same day and they said the technician would call me between 12 o’clock and 1 o’clock. He called me at 12:45 PM and said he’d be on site in about 15 minutes. They got a very simple problem solved for me in about 10 to 15 minutes. Very impressed with their professionalism and ease of service. I would highly recommend them and definitely i’m gonna use them in the future!
