Edit: 1.5 yrs after paying $12k for a brand new heater and AC unit, I had an independent and highly rated company come do an annual checkup on the system. They found that the tape/mastic sealing the blower to the vents had detached and come up. (See pics.) They noted this was normal to see over time but abnormal for a system this young. I called TemperaturePro thinking this would be an easy fix. It's just tape. Didn't expect them to work for free but hoped they would work with me to make it right. I calmly explained the situation to Brooklyn, but she got oddly defensive, noting the labor warranty was now up and even at one point suggesting the new company could have pulled up the tape themselves. This was a huge turn-off. I expected they'd send someone out for an easy tape repair and stand behind their work. Instead, they tried to shift blame and make excuses. Then Brooklyn said she'd confer with the team and get back to me about a price for repairs. They never did. Very disappointing customer service for such a minor job after such a big expense. If they get this defensive and noncooperative over tape, I worry what else will go wrong with the system down the road. Original Post: AC went out close to the weekend. Shawn responded before anyone and got a team to volunteer for Saturday work in 95 degree heat. Jaylon and Daniel were great. All standup dudes!

My old AC died (at the hottest time of year), so I tried the cheap route buying a used system online. Was quite the ordeal getting it installed and working.
