The Air Company

We had no heat in our house during the recent cold spell. We called Air at 3:45 pm and Freddy was here about 1/2 hour later. He was friendly and professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problems (we have several) and the office is getting in touch with long range solutions. Meanwhile, Freddy got us up and running for the immediate future so we can remove our jackets inside the house! Thank you!!

The team was on timed to take out an old furnace and put in a new one along with taking out the air conditioner and putting in a new unit. They worked together to do the job. CW was very helpful in explaining the how to adjust the temperature with heat as well as cool air well as changing the filter in the furnace. I am so glad that I now have heat. Betty Slater
