The Geiler Company

So We've been using Geiler for Years...I appreciate a unionized company and they have usually done good work. This time the worker showed up an HOUR before the alloted window, did the maintenance but left this big mess...tracked oil from the floor around the boiler all over our finished basement carpeting. I've spent 30 minutes so far...nothing is cleaning it up! Unprofessional and wasting my time! An inattentive worker. So far no resolution. Very unhappy.. So, the resolution....I spoke to a manager and he refunded my payment...about all they could do I guess, so I'm happy but still with a carpet to clean. Details! I'll wait till next time to give a better review. This was a 2 star job.

We had a non-working heat pump during the coldest week of winter. We called Geilers emergency line and they sent Cal within a few hours. Cal did an excellent job working on our furnace! It ended up being a thermostat issue. He was thorough, professional and took the time to explain what was going on and how he fixed it. Everything is running perfectly now, and we felt confident the work was done right. We truly appreciated his honesty, efficiency, and friendly attitude. Will definitely continue using Geiler.

Austin installed a Radon mitigation system at my house. He was punctual and professional. He did a great job, and was very fast about his work. I would recommend The Geiler Company to anyone who needs a radon mitigation system. It really does help the levels. My husband and I are very pleased with his work and level of professionalism.
