To the Valley Team, I am writing to share my high level of satisfaction with the spring maintenance service I recently received. The experience was professional from start to finish. The technician provided a courtesy call ten minutes prior to arrival and was perfectly on time for the scheduled appointment. Throughout the process, his communication was excellent; he utilized photos to clearly explain every step of the work he completed, which I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, he did an outstanding job representing your company’s value by explaining the $199.00 Maintenance Membership. His ability to "up-sell" not only benefited the company but saved me $65.00 in the process. While I unfortunately cannot recall his name, I hope you can identify him: he is based out of the Cullman office, recently graduated from technical school, has been with Valley for approximately six months, and is originally from Wisconsin.
