I was a first time caller and spoke with a real person, not a robot. There was a rapid f/u scheduling call and then the tech was on his way within the hour. I was pleasantly surprised to get a morning appointment. Technician An was courteous, sounded knowledgeable, and seemed ready to proceed with the job as he understood it. We discussed Xcalibur’s various programs as he worked and again he was very knowledgeable about various services. The installation resulted in a basement space that was brightly and directionally illuminated versus the rather poorly lit space that existed before An removed the old fixture and installed the new one my husband provided. Will use them again.

Issac and Rex were my initial contact with Xcalibur company. I must say that they were very professional and knowledgeable. Issac and Rex informed me of the different types of air conditioners and my financing options. Upon which time I selected the unit I desired . Then the very next morning Andrew, and his team from Xcalibur arrived to my home around 8:00am to begin installation.I must say that they were very professional and efficient. They were extremely polite and respectful in their interactions.After they finished installing the new system they asked if I had any questions about the new system. They then proceeded to show me how to use the Trane App on my phone. They answered all my questions. They finished the job and then they left. From beginning to the end, Excellent service!!!
