Excellent 5-star Service! We highly recommend A & H Heating! We've done business with them for many years, they installed our AC and saved 40% on our electric bills. I called today and need an urgent service, because my unit was not cooling down over the last weekend. Jerry shows up 4 hrs later and he saves the day! He know exactly whats the issue and he fixed it in 5 minutes. He is a friendly technician and very professional, making it an unusually pleasant experience. Thanks to the manager Trina, the communication regarding appointments, invoices, and receipts is efficient and seamless. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone needing their services. Manny came out when I called about my furnace not blowing hot air. He immediately thought it was one of two parts that needed replacing. But after installing a part that came to $1100(cash)(which was not returnable) the furnace was still not sending out heated air. Next day Manny’s co-worker came out and he cleaned up some debris in the manifold (simple fix) and that did the job. So now I’m wondering if I needed to spend $1100 in the first place. That money was 1/6th of my entire savings so it was precious to me. So, I’m not happy with A&H and will not hire them again.

My house on San Jose is a rental and i reside in Michigan. When i call A&H , i specifically ask for the repair guy to contact me before he does the fix. I never received a call. Also, i have informed the clerk to ask the repair technician to install a coupling instead of straight pipe fitting to the P-Trap, but that was not done. I want to know if this fix will eliminate the drain back up problem? Last year A&H install a drain reservoir and pump to pass the condensate to dryer drain What is the warranty period of this fix?
